ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis it is further ORDERED that plaintiff is granted leave to use a Post Office Box as his mailing address; and it is further ORDERED that, within 30 days of entry of this Order, plaintiff shall file an amended complaint, drafted in accordance with Rules 8, 9 and 10 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 5.1 of the Local Civil Rules which sets forth all the claims he intends to bring and the defendant(s) against whom he brings each claim.
