MINUTE ORDER. On July 1, 2021, the Court entered an order in In re Allina II-Type DSH Adjustment Cases, 19-mc-190, consolidating Russell Medical Center v. Becerra, 21-cv-0049, into that miscellaneous matter. According to notices filed by plaintiffs in the following four cases, these case are related to Russell Medical Center, 21-cv-0049: Edward W. Sparrow Hospital v. Becerra, 21-cv-1096; Palomar Medical Center v. Becerra, 21-cv-1538; Manchester Memorial Hospital v. Becerra, 21-cv-1709; and Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center v. Becerra, 21-cv-1842. Given this and based on a review of the pleadings, these cases have been transferred to this Court as related to 21-cv-0049. Pursuant to Rule 42 and the orders of November 4, 2019 and July 1, 2021 in 19-mc-190, the Clerk of Court is directed to consolidate the four cases into 19-mc-190. It hereby ORDERED that these cases are STAYED and that the parties shall include them in complying with the Court's July 1, 2021 order. SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Amy Berman Jackson on 7/26/21.
