MINUTE ORDER: Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, "[e]very pleading, written motion, and other paper must be signed[.]" Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a). Petitioner has not complied with Rule 11 as neither the petition, Dkt. 1, nor the application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"), Dkt. 2, bear his signature. It is therefore ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days of this order, petitioner shall submit to the Clerk of Court a petition and IFP application bearing his signature.
