MINUTE ORDER granting in part and denying in part Defendants' #15 Motion to Stay and to Consolidate. Defendants' motion to stay is denied, and their motion to consolidate is granted. This matter is hereby consolidated with Goodluck v. Biden, No. 21-cv-1530. The Clerk's Office shall close Kassaian v. Biden, No. 21-cv-2033, and transfer Plaintiffs and counsel in this case to Goodluck v. Biden. All future filings in this matter shall be made only in Goodluck v. Biden, No. 21-cv-1530. In light of Defendants' concession that the preliminary injunction in Goodluck applies to the Plaintiffs in this matter upon consolidation, Plaintiffs' #8 Motion for Preliminary Injunction is denied as moot.
