MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff's #5 "Motion to Vacate Judgement Pursuant to Rule 60(b)(4)" is DENIED. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(4) provides relief from a "void" judgment. To the extent that the dismissal order based on plaintiff's three-strike status under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) constitutes a judgment, the Court was well within its authority to issue it. SO ORDERED.
