MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Defendant's #8 Consent Motion to Stay, in which Defendant indicates that it has made productions of responsive, non-exempt documents in response to Plaintiff's FOIA request at issue in this case on October 12, 13, and 18, 2021. Defendant requests a stay of the case, including its deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint, to allow Plaintiff time to review the productions and for the parties to discuss any remaining issues. Plaintiff consents to Defendant's request to stay the case. The Court GRANTS Defendant's motion and ORDERS that this case is STAYED until JANUARY 3, 2022.
