MINUTE ORDER ENJOINING FILINGS. On October 6, 2021, this FOIA case was assigned to the undersigned judge pursuant to the District Court's related case rule. On October 8, 2021, the Clerk issued summonses to the government, but the docket does not yet reflect perfected service. Nevertheless, Plaintiff has filed four notices of supplemental authority [Dkt. 6, 8, 9, 10]. The prolix notices are consistent with Plaintiff's pattern in prior cases of cluttering the docket with filings of dubious relevance to the FOIA claims, in contravention of applicable procedural rules. See LCvR 5.1(e) ("[n]o complaint... shall have appended thereto any document that is not essential to determination of the action."). Accordingly, Plaintiff is hereby ENJOINED from filing supplemental notices, errata, or similarly styled documents pending the government's appearance in the case and its filing of a response to the complaint.
