MINUTE ORDER entered upon the Court's review of the dockets in In re Allina II-Type DSH Adjustment Cases, 19-mc-0190, and the following cases. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42 and the parties' agreement stated in Joint Report 151 filed in 19-mc-0190, that these cases are related to and should be consolidated into the miscellaneous matter, the Clerk of Court is directed to CONSOLIDATE the following cases into 19-mc-190: Shands Jacksonville Med. Ctr., 21-cv-2504; Hackensack Univ. Med. Ctr., 21- cv-2517; Dignity Health, 21-cv-2520; Beavercreek Med. Ctr., 21-cv-2521; and Glen Cove Hosp., 21-cv-2537. It is FURTHER ORDERED that once service of the defendant is executed in Alliance Community Hosp., 21-cv-2240, and Hackensack Univ. Med.
