MINUTE ORDER: This case has just been removed to this Court from the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. Plaintiff's Complaint violates Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) inasmuch as it does not provide a statement of claim showing that Plaintiff is entitled to relief. The Court, consequently, ORDERS that by November 13, 2021, Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint clearly setting out how Defendant has harmed him and why he is entitled to relief. Failure to do so will result in dismissal without prejudice. So ORDERED by Judge James E. Boasberg on 10/26/2021. (lcjeb3)
