MINUTE ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant's #4 Consent Motion to Extend Time to Respond to the Complaint. Defendant's deadline to respond to Plaintiff's complaint is currently December 15, 2021. Defendant represents that it "has only this week assigned an attorney to this case" due to allegedly deficient service, and Defendant requests an extension to January 14, 2022. This is Defendant's first request for an extension, and Plaintiff consents to the requested relief. Accordingly, and upon good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant's #4 Consent Motion to Extend Time to Respond to the Complaint is GRANTED .
