MINUTE ORDER: Before the court is Plaintiffs' #3 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Defendant does not oppose this motion. See #3 . Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion is hereby GRANTED. It is hereby ordered that the Lab School of Washington is M.R.'s current educational placement and that the District of Columbia must immediately pay for all costs related to M.R.'s attendance at Lab School retroactive to the start of the 2021-22 school year including related services and transportation.
