MINUTE ORDER. In this case transferred from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Plaintiff has neither paid the filing fee nor obtained leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). See Tr. Order, ECF No. 5. Therefore, Plaintiff has 30 days from the filing date of this order either to pay the $402 filing fee applicable to this civil action or to file a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 to proceed IFP. The Clerk shall enclose with this order the form IFP application for non-prisoners. Plaintiff's failure to comply within the time provided may result in dismissal of the case without prejudice.
