MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's #8 Motion for Leave to File Documents Under Seal. Plaintiff requests leave to file under seal certain supporting declarations discussing its proprietary business information. Defendants consent. Generally, documents containing proprietary information and trade secrets are appropriately filed under seal. See Vanda Pharms., Inc. v. FDA, 539 F. Supp. 3d 44, 57-58 (D.D.C. 2021) (JDB). MINUTE ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's #13 Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time. Plaintiff represents that the parties recently discussed Plaintiff submitting a joint reply in support of its #7 Motion for Summary Judgment and opposition to Defendants' #12 Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff seeks an additional two days, from March 23, 2022 to March 25, 2022, to submit such a filing. Defendant does not oppose Plaintiff's motion, and this is Plaintiff's first such request for relief. Accordingly, and upon good cause shown, Plaintiff's #13 Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file a joint reply in support of its #7 motion for summary judgment and opposition to Defendants' #12 motion to dismiss on or before March 25, 2022. Additionally, the Court reminds the parties that, pursuant to the Court's #6 Order, all requests for extension of time must be submitted at least four business days in advance of the first affected deadline.
