MINUTE ORDER denying Plaintiff's #7 Motion to Amend Complaint, Motion to Intervene. Plaintiff brings his motion under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(b)(2), which permits amendment of a pleading during or after trial. No trial has occurred in this case. Plaintiff's motion therefore is premature since no trial of this matter has begun. Tereshchuk v. Bureau of Prisons, 851 F. Supp. 2d 157, 159 n.1 (D.D.C. 2012). Plaintiff also has violated Paragraph 6 of the Court's #2 Standing Order, which requires that any amended pleading be accompanied by a redline comparison between the original and amended pleading. As to the alleged motion to intervene, Plaintiff is already a party to this case and thus need not file a motion to intervene on his own behalf. Finally, the Court still cannot tell from Plaintiff's filings the substantive grounds of his motion or the issues that he seeks to raise in an amended complaint. He has made no effort to remedy the deficiencies in his original #1 Complaint that the Court identified in its #3 Memorandum Opinion. For these reasons, the Court DENIES his #7 Motion. SO ORDERED.
