Local Civil Rule 83.2(d) requires attorneys seeking to appear pro hac vice to include "a certification that the attorney either has or has not been disciplined by any bar, and if the attorney has been disciplined by any bar, the circumstances and details of the discipline." Attorney Juyoun Han certifies that she is "currently in good standing with all bars and courts in which [she is] admitted" and has "never been suspended or disbarred by any court."
