MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's #14 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendants' #13 Motion to Dismiss. The Court first notes that Plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's #4 Standing Order instructing that "[m]otions for extensions of time must be filed at least four (4) business days prior to the first affected deadline." Plaintiff filed this motion on the deadline.This is Plaintiff's first motion for extension and Defendants consent to the motion. Plaintiff is awaiting an interview appointment slot regarding his visa application; Plaintiff also states that they need additional time to finalize their investigation into the independent contractor who signed sworn service returns that the Defendants challenged in their #13 Motion. In light of Plaintiff's explanation, and despite their failure to comply with the #4 Order, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's #14 Motion and ORDERS that Plaintiff shall respond to Defendants' #13 Motion to Dismiss by no later than DECEMBER 12, 2022..
