MINUTE ORDER. The plaintiff filed its #1 Complaint in this case on May 31, 2022. On June 1 and 3, 2022, the Clerk of Court notified the plaintiff's attorney of multiple errors in his filing. See Notice of Error of June 1, 2022; Notice of Error of June 3, 2022; Second Notice of Error of June 3, 2022. On June 7, 2022, the Court ordered the plaintiff to show cause, on or before June 14, 2022, why the #1 Complaint should not be dismissed for failure to comply with the Local Rules. See Minute Order of June 7, 2022. The docket reflects that the plaintiff has failed to do so. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the #1 Complaint is DISMISSED for failure to comply with the Local Rules. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.
