MINUTE ORDER. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42 and the parties' Joint Report 206 , the Clerk of Court is directed to CONSOLIDATE WakeMed Cary Hospital v. Becerra, 22-cv-1745, and John Muir Health v. Becerra, 22-cv-1796, into 19-mc-190, and to STAY the underlying cases. Given that all counts in the WakeMed Cary Hospital matter and Count II in the John Muir Health matter challenge CMS Ruling 1739-R, see Joint Report at 2, it is FURTHER ORDERED that these counts are STAYED pursuant to the January 14, 2022 Stay Order 185 . Pursuant to the parties' agreement in the Joint Notice and the order of January 19, 2021 74 , the claims challenged in Count I of John Muir Health v. Becerra, are hereby REMANDED to defendant.
