MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff's purported Complaint, ECF No. 1, consists of the civil docket for his dismissed case, Sharp v. Dolan, No. 22-cv-1016, and a statement of the "issues in this appeal" of the dismissal order in that case. Id. at 3. Plaintiff's appeal has been properly noticed in the dismissed case, and nothing lodged in this case is indicative of a new complaint. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis, ECF No. 2, is DENIED, and this case is DISMISSED without prejudice, as opened inadvertently. SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Carl J. Nichols on 7/27/2022. (psu1) |
