MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the parties' representations to the Court, it is hereby ORDERED that briefing in response to Plaintiffs' motion for temporary restraining order in Elsadawy v. Blinken, 22-cv-1381; Daif v. Blinken, 22-cv-2474; Mavlonova v. Blinken, 22-cv-2400; and Vokhobov v. Blinken, 22-cv-2128 shall be governed jointly by the following schedule: Defendants' opposition shall be filed on or before September 16, 2022, and Plaintiffs' reply, if any, shall be filed on or before September 19, 2022. It is further ORDERED that the parties' submissions shall distinguish any arguments unique to the plaintiffs in each case rather than repeating arguments that have already been expressed in Khamrabaeva v. Blinken, 22-cv-1219, which may be incorporated by reference. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall appear for a joint hearing on the motions in all five of the above-listed cases on September 20, 2022 a 10:00 AM before Judge Rudolph Contreras via Zoom video.
