MINUTE ORDER: For reasons stated at the court's September 8, 2022, status conference, the court hereby adopts a combined briefing schedule in each of the following cases: 22-cv-1205; 22-cv-1755; 22-cv-2129; 22-cv-2154; 22-cv-2263. The parties shall adhere to the following schedule. On or before September 9, 2022, Defendants shall file the index for the certified administrative record and serve a copy of the certified administrative record on Plaintiffs for 21 STATE 115738, Recalibration of Consular Services Prioritization at Posts Abroad, and the February 18, 2022, modification to 9 FAM 604-2.d(2), for each of the above captioned cases except for 22-cv-1755. On or before September 12, 2022, Plaintiffs shall file any Motion for Preliminary Injunction for each of the above captioned cases, except for 22-cv-1755, as a combined motion. On or before September 16, 2022, Defendants shall file a Combined Motion to Dismiss for each of the above captioned cases except for 22-cv-1205 and 22-cv-1755 and Opposition to any Motion for Preliminary Injunction, as a combined brief. On or before September 20, 2022, Plaintiffs shall file a Combined Reply In Support of any Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Opposition to Defendants Motion to Dismiss. On or before September 23, 2022, Defendants shall file a Combined Reply In Support of their Motion to Dismiss. The court further ORDERS that any Combined Motion for Preliminary Injunction, Combined Motion to Dismiss and Opposition to Motion for Preliminary Injunction, and Combined Reply In Support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Opposition to Motion to Dismiss, shall not exceed 60 pages each; and Defendants' Reply In Support of its Combined Motion to Dismiss shall not exceed 35 pages.
