December 1, 2022 Opinion or Order MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's #10 Status Report, in which Plaintiffs report that they have "been in discussions with Defendants" regarding the "amount owed on the parties' contract." The report continues that "Defendants have proposed a payment plan that will cause them to satisfy the outstanding amount owed to Plaintiff by the end of 2022" and to which the Plaintiffs agree; if Defendants do satisfy the amount owed, Plaintiff will dismiss the action. The Court ORDERS that Plaintiff shall file a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal after Defendants satisfy the amount owed, if that occurs, as soon as possible and by no later than JANUARY 6, 2023.
