After the scheduling conference held on October 11, 2022, and in light of the joint report submitted by the parties pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16.3, it is ORDERED that the parties must exchange Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures by October 24, 2022; plaintiffs expert designations shall be due by January 23, 2023, with defendant's expert designations due by March 22, 2023; the parties must move to amend the pleadings or add other parties by March 22, 2023; the parties must complete Phase I of discovery by May 22, 2023; and a post-discovery status conference is scheduled for June 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
