MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the #10 Plaintiff's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal, and in light of the #11 Joint Stipulation of Dismissal as to Defendants District of Columbia and Jayson Ortiz, it is hereby ORDERED that the #10 Plaintiff's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that the plaintiff's claims against defendant Franck Ndongo and defendant 734 NW, LLC are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that the plaintiff's claims against defendant District of Columbia and defendant Jayson Ortiz are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that this case is CLOSED.
