SCHEDULING ORDER. Upon consideration of the parties' #5 Joint Report, it is ORDERED that the following schedule shall govern further proceedings: any additional parties shall be added on or before February 15, 2023; the plaintiff's expert disclosures shall be exchanged on or before March 15, 2023; the defendant's expert disclosures shall be exchanged on or before April 17, 2023; discovery shall close on June 16, 2023; and any dispositive motions shall be filed on or before July 31, 2023. Before bringing a discovery dispute to the Court's attention, the parties shall confer in good faith in an attempt to resolve the dispute informally. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(c), 37; LCvR 7(m). If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, they shall jointly email the Court (at Friedrich_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov), providing a clear, concise description of the issues in dispute and proposing dates and times for a teleconference.
