Circuit's ruling in Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. v. Johnson, No. 21-5299, and United Therapeutics Corp. v. Johnson, No. 21-5304. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report within 14 days of the D.C. Circuit's ruling that proposes a schedule for further proceedings. So Ordered by Judge Dabney L.
