MINUTE ORDER granting Defendants' #8 Consent Motion to Transfer and Extend. Defendants have filed the #8 Consent Motion seeking to have this case transferred to the Southern District of California under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a) and an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint. Plaintiff has "consented to the relief sought." ECF No. 8 at 4. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED, for good cause shown, that Defendants' #8 Consent Motion is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to TRANSFER this case to the Southern District of California. It is further ORDERED that Defendants' shall respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint 21 days after this action is docketed in the Southern District of California. Signed by Judge Timothy J.
