Becerra, 23-cv-249, and Ascension Borgess Hosp. v. Becerra, 23-cv-271, into 19-mc-190. Given that all counts in the cases challenge CMS Ruling 1739-R, in whole or in part, see Joint Report at 2, it is FURTHER ORDERED that Baptist Hosp., 23-cv-249, and Ascension Borgess Hosp., 23-cv-271, are STAYED pursuant to the January 14, 2022 Stay Order 185 .
