MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's #9 Consent Motion for Extension of Time, filed February 23, 2023. Defendant represents that "a number of obstacles [has] prevent[ed] counsel from devoting attention to the preparation of a responsive pleading," and therefore requests that the Court extend Defendant's deadline to respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint from February 23, 2023 to March 2, 2023. Plaintiff consents. Although the reasons for the requested extension remain unclear, in an exercise of its discretion, the Court finds good cause shown and GRANTS Defendant's #9 Consent Motion for Extension of Time nunc pro tunc. Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint on or before March 2, 2023. Future extension requests should include more specific grounds for relief. Finally, the parties shall note that, per the Court's #6 Order, all requests for extension of time must be filed at least four business days prior to the affected deadline.
