MINUTE ORDER denying #29 Motion for Hearing. The court has considered Plaintiffs' motion and concludes that Plaintiffs have not established good cause to deviate from the ordinary schedule in consideration of this matter. See 28 U.S.C. 1657. The only basis they offer to justify such a departure is that a potential request to seek full vacatur of the lease sale might be adversely affected by delay. It is, however, complete speculation at this point that the court will need to reach a remedies determination and, even if it does, Plaintiffs have not convinced the court that delay will make a material difference. Additionally, the court's docket will not allow for expedited review of a case absent extraordinary circumstances, and this case does not rise to that level at this juncture based upon the description provided by the parties. Accordingly, this matter will proceed consistent with the local rules unless the parties agree to a different schedule, and the court will not hold a remote hearing on April 11, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Signed by Judge Amit P.
