MINUTE ORDER granting Plaintiff's #2 Motion for Permission to Use Post Office Box. Local Rule 5.1(c) requires that Plaintiff identify her "full residence address," but a Post Office Box may be "permitted upon leave of court." See Hickman v. United States, No. 19-cv-2283 (CRC), 2019 WL 5597206, at *1 (D.D.C. Oct. 29, 2019). Plaintiff's motion states that a Post Office Box address would be the "most private and secure" means for her to receive correspondence even though she has a fixed residential address. MINUTE ORDER granting Plaintiff's #3 Motion for CM/ECF Password. Local Rule 5.4(b)(2) states that "[a] pro se party may obtain a CM/ECF user name and password from the Clerk with leave of Court. Whether leave of Court should be granted is within the discretion of the judge to whom the case is assigned." Plaintiff's motion states that she has "regular access to all the technical requirements necessary to e-file successfully"; that she has CM/ECF access in the District of Columbia Circuit, the District Court for the Virgin Islands, and the Third Circuit; and that she previously served as a career law clerk to a federal district judge. ECF No. 3 at 1-2. This Court has also previously granted her CM/ECF access. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for CM/ECF access is GRANTED. Signed by Judge Timothy J.
