MINUTE ORDER: Before this case was removed to this Court, Plaintiff was approved to proceed in forma pauperis in the Superior Court of the District Court of Columbia. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of Court issue summons as to Defendants pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) and 28 U.S.C. 1915(d). The Clerk of Court is directed to furnish these summons and copies of the complaint to the United States Marshals Service for the purpose of serving the complaint, ECF No. 1-2, and summons upon Defendants.
