MINUTE ORDER. The Court is receipt of the #18 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to File Answer. Defendants explain that due to a heavy caseload, they need time to review the Complaint, confer with Agency counsel, and prepare a response. This is Defendants' first request for an extension and Plaintiff consents.
