MINUTE ORDER. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42 and the parties' Joint Report 240 , the Clerk of Court is directed to CONSOLIDATE Galen of Fla. v. Becerra, 23-cv-965, into 19-mc-190, and to STAY the underlying case. Pursuant to the parties' agreement in the Joint Report, the order of January 19, 2021 74 , and the order of August 30, 2021 131 , the claims in Count I of the complaint in the Galen of Fla. matter are hereby REMANDED to defendant. The claims in Count II in Galen of Fla. challenging CMS Ruling 1739-R are STAYED pursuant to the January 14, 2022 Stay Order 185 . Further, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42 and the Joint Report, the Clerk of Court is directed to CONSOLIDATE Integris Sw. Med. Ctr. v. Becerra, 23-cv-1152, into 19-mc-190, and to STAY the underlying case. Given that all counts in Integris Sw. Med. Ctr. challenge CMS Ruling 1739-R, in whole or in part, see Joint Report at 2, it is FURTHER ORDERED that Integris Sw. Med. Ctr., is STAYED pursuant to the January 14, 2022 Stay Order 185 .
