MINUTE ORDER granting Plaintiff's #19 Motion to Extend Time to Serve Defendant Chubb Ltd. Upon consideration of Plaintiff's #19 Motion to Extend Time to Serve Defendant Chubb Ltd., and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. By December 27, 2023, Plaintiff shall either (1) cause process to be served on Defendant Chubb Ltd. and file proof of service with the Court, or (2) move to enlarge time to serve process and show good cause for failing to serve process timely. To show good cause, any future motion to enlarge time to serve process shall include a description of how Plaintiff has acted with "due diligence" to serve Defendant Chubb Ltd. before that deadline.
