It is FURTHER ORDERED that upon consideration of Defendant's #7 Notice of Intent to File Dispositive Motion and Plaintiff's #8 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond, the pre-motion conference requirement in Section 7(f) of the Court's Standing Order is waived. Such a conference is not necessary prior to Defendant filing its motion to dismiss. Plaintiff shall not file a response to Defendant's #7 Notice and may instead address its arguments in its opposition to Defendant's motion to dismiss.
