Cir. 2020), nor contains an affidavit or specific citations to the Complaint to support the need for secrecy, see Doe v. United States Dep't of Just., No. 23-1467, 2023 WL 3883939 (D.D.C. June 1, 2023); Sponsor v. Mayorkas, No. 23-712, 2023 WL 2598685 (D.D.C. Mar. 22, 2023); (2) The Court ORDERS that within fourteen days of this Order, Plaintiff must file a new motion that addresses each of the five factors identified in the cases cited above or file a named complaint for public docketing.
