MINUTE ORDER: The Court ORDERS that: (1) Plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed Under Pseudonym is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as it neither addresses the five-factor test that applies to motions to proceed pseudonymously, see In re Sealed Case, 971 F.3d 324, 326 (D.C. Cir. 2020), nor contains an affidavit or specific citations to the Complaint to support the need for secrecy, see Doe v. United States Dep't of Just., No. 23-1467, 2023 WL 3883939 (D.D.C. June 1, 2023); Sponsor v. Mayorkas, No. 23-712, 2023 WL 2598685 (D.D.C. Mar. 22, 2023); (2) The Court ORDERS that within fourteen days of this Order, Plaintiff must file a new motion that addresses each of the five factors identified in the cases cited above or file a named complaint for public docketing.
