MINUTE ORDER. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42 and the parties' Joint Report 260 , the Clerk of Court is directed to CONSOLIDATE the following two cases into 19-mc-190 and to STAY the underlying cases: Va. Commonwealth Univ. Health Sys. Auth. v. Becerra, 23-cv-1841, and Ohio State Univ. Wexner Med. Ctr. v. Becerra, 23-cv-2039. Given that all counts in the two cases challenge CMS Ruling 1739-R, it is ORDERED that the claims in these cases are STAYED pursuant to the January 14, 2022 Stay Order 185 .
