MINUTE ORDER (paperless), upon consideration of the schedule proposed in the parties' #7 Joint Report, ISSUING the following SCHEDULING ORDER:1. By October 15, 2023, the parties shall provide their initial disclosures, and any other parties shall be joined and any required motion to amend any pleading made;2. By December 15, 2023, any expert disclosures shall be served pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2), with any responses to the expert disclosures to be served by January 15, 2024; and3. By March 1, 2024, discovery shall close, which discovery shall have the following limits: 25 interrogatories per party and 5 non-expert depositions per side, and the parties shall submit a joint status report advising the Court whether (a) they request a stay of proceedings and referral to mediation for some period; or (b) they anticipate the filing of dispositive motions.
