Filing 7 SCHEDULING ORDER. After a scheduling conference held on September 1, 2023, and in light of the joint report submitted by the parties pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16.3, Joint Status Report #6 , it is ORDERED that: the parties may conduct discovery between September 1, 2023 and March 1, 2024 regarding the named plaintiff Carel Jumett's allegations. Discovery can address both whether the plaintiff is covered under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act Revision Act, and/or the District of Columbia Wage Payment Collection Law, and her damages. Further, the parties must submit a joint status report on March 1, 2024, setting forth the parties' position or positions on a plan for further proceedings, such as the briefing and resolution of any remaining exemption issues, proceeding to class discovery and certification, or a stay for a referral to a Magistrate Judge or to the Court's Mediation Program.
