SCHEDULING ORDER. After a scheduling conference held on August 15, 2023 and in light of the joint report submitted by the parties pursuant to Local Civil Rule 16.3, it is ORDERED that: the parties must move to amend the pleadings or add other parties by October 16, 2023; plaintiff must identify her expert witnesses and provide the disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 26(a)(2)(A), by March 1, 2024; defendant must identify its expert witnesses and provide the disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 26(a)(2)(A), by April 15, 2024; all discovery must be completed by May 15, 2024; and a post-discovery status conference will be held on May 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM in person in Courtroom 25.
