MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of the #20 Notice of Settlement, in which Plaintiff indicates they have reached a settlement in principle with AT&T Mobility, LLC and AT&T Services, Inc. Plaintiff continues that they anticipate filing a Rule 41(a) notice of dismissal within sixty days and ask that all deadlines as to these Defendants be stricken pending the filing of the stipulation of dismissal. The Court therefore VACATES the appearance of Defendants AT&T Mobility, LLC and AT&T Services, Inc. at the Initial Scheduling Conference scheduled for November 3, 2023. That hearing remains as scheduled for other Defendants. MINUTE ORDER. The Court is in receipt of Defendant Experian Information Solutions Inc. ("Experian")'s #8 Consent Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. Defendant Experian explains that their response is currently due August 3, 2023; they request an extension until September 7, 2023, as undersigned counsel was recently retained and needs additional time to complete their assessment. This is Defendant Experian's first request for an extension, and Plaintiff consents. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the #8 Consent Motion and ORDERS that Defendant Experian shall respond to Plaintiff's Complaint by no later than SEPTEMBER 7, 2023.Additionally, the Court VACATES the #6 Order; the Court shall set an Initial Scheduling Conference once all Defendants have responded to the Complaint.
