MINUTE ORDER: To ensure the expeditious resolution of this action, and because it qualifies as an exempted case under LCvR 16.3(b), it is hereby ORDERED that, on or before October 25, 2023, the parties shall file a joint proposed briefing schedule governing the filing of dispositive motions. The proposed briefing schedule shall also address whether, pursuant to LCvR 73.1, all parties consent to proceed before Magistrate Judge Meriweather for all purposes, including trial. MINUTE ORDER REFERRING CASE TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE: It is hereby ORDERED, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 72.2, that this action is referred to a magistrate judge, to be randomly assigned by the Clerk's Office, for full case management up to and excluding trial.
