MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs #9 Consent Motion to Extend Time for Defendant RJ9699, Inc. to File a Responsive Pleading. Defendant RJ9699, Inc. recently obtained counsel for purposes of negotiating a resolution, and the parties are now actively engaged in settlement discussions. As Plaintiff and Defendant RJ96999, Inc. agree, and upon good cause shown, Plaintiffs #9 Consent Motion to Extend Time for Defendant RJ96999, Inc. is GRANTED . Defendant RJ9699, Inc. shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs complaint on or before December 1, 2023. As an aside, the Court notes that although the present motion is termed a consent motion, it is in fact an unopposed motion because no counsel has yet to enter an appearance on behalf of Defendant RJ96999, Inc.. MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant Jaspreet Tandon's pro se #6 Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff shall file their opposition on or before November 3, 2023, and Defendant Tandon shall file their reply on or before November 15, 2023. In light of Defendant Tandon's decision to proceed pro se, the Court notes that corporate Defendant RJ9699, Inc. must be represented by counsel. As such, any attempt on Defendant Tandon's part to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint is ineffective. Due to Defendant Tandon's decision to proceed pro se, the Court sua sponte extends Defendant RJ9699, Inc.'s deadline to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint to November 15, 2023.
