MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment #12 is hereby DENIED without prejudice, in light of Defendant's pending Motion to Dismiss #6 . Although Plaintiff's summary judgment motion references her response to Defendant's motion to dismiss in support of her motion for summary judgment, she has failed to establish "there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact," Fed. R. Civ. P. 56(a), nor does her motion comply with the requirements of Local Civil Rules 7(a) or (h). Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment #13 is hereby DENIED as moot.
