ORDER: On October 16, 2023, the Court gave Plaintiff until October 20, 2023, to show cause as to why the complaint should not be stricken for failure to comply with Local Civil Rule 5.1(g) #2 . Plaintiff has taken no action, either to correct the pleading or notify the Court of the reasons for failing to do so. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
