MINUTE ORDER dismissing this action with prejudice. The Motion to Quash filed on October 12, 2023, ECF No. 1, pertains to subpoenas issued to Petitioners from an action pending in the Northern District of Georgia, Lansky v. TransNexus, Inc., 1:22-cv-04829-SEG. The parties to the Georgia action have stipulated to its dismissal with prejudice. Jt. Status Report, ECF No. 5, at 3. The Motion to Quash is therefore moot. Id. ("[T]he Georgia Subpoenas are no longer extant."). The court will not hold this matter in abeyance to consider possible litigation over different subpoenas issued from a different matter pending in the District of Arizona. Id.
