MINUTE ORDER: On 2/2/2024 this court remanded this action to D.C Superior Court and denied Defendant's motion for a temporary restraining order, ECF No. #4 . On 2/5/2024, the Clerk of the Court docketed Defendant's Amended #5 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, which the Defendant delivered in person to the Clerk's office the day before the court's remand order. Although Defendant's amended motion addresses the factors required to satisfy the requirements for obtaining a temporary restraining order, Defendant still fails to cure the untimeliness of his removal and to demonstrate proper jurisdiction before this court. See the court's #4 Order for further details. Accordingly, Defendant's Amended Motion for Temporary Restraining Order is hereby DENIED.
