MINUTE ORDER. In light of Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order, it is hereby ORDERED that on or before January 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., the Parties shall meet, confer, and file a Joint Status Report addressing the following issues: (1) the basis for this Court's subject-matter jurisdiction over the case, including whether this Court has diversity jurisdiction; (2) whether Plaintiff plans to seek remand of the case back to D.C. Superior Court, see 28 U.S.C. 1447; (3) a proposed briefing schedule for Plaintiff's Motion; (4) whether a hearing on Plaintiff's Motion is necessary, and if so, a proposed date and time for such a hearing; and (5) whether the Parties anticipate factual disputes between affiants. The Parties may also address any other issues that they believe will be helpful to the Court. Any disagreements should be noted in the Joint Status Report. So ORDERED by Judge Carl J.
