MINUTE ORDER: On February 12, 2024, Defendant National Property Board filed a #5 Motion to Dismiss. On March 1, 2024, the Court entered a #10 Fox Order ordering Plaintiff to respond by March 15, 2024, and if not, advising him that the Court may treat Defendant's motion as conceded and dismiss the case. A copy of that order was sent to Plaintiff's address of record. More than one week past that deadline, Plaintiff has not opposed the motion or requested additional time to do so. Indeed, Plaintiff has not filed anything on the docket in this case. Thus, the Court will treat Defendant's motion as conceded. See LCvR 7(b) ("Within 14 days of the date of service [of a motion] or at such other time as the Court may direct, an opposing party shall serve and file a memorandum of points and authorities in opposition to the motion. If such a memorandum is not filed within the prescribed time, the Court may treat the motion as conceded."). However, in light of the representations contained in Defendant's #13 Reply to Motion to Dismiss, the Court will only dismiss the complaint as to Defendants National Property Board and Andreas ten Berge. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants' #5 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED IN PART and the complaint is DISMISSED as to Defendants National Property Board and Andreas ten Berge.
